The KPMG Baltics Deals team and the Baltic VCAs are pleased to present the Baltic Private Equity and Venture Capital Market Overview 2025. Now in its seventh year, and the fourth in collaboration with KPMG Baltics, this report continues to track key developments across the region’s PE/VC landscape.
2025 marked a strong rebound in fundraising, with Baltic fund managers raising €749 million — more than double the 2024 total. Cumulative capital raised since 2010 surpassed €4.6 billion, and the active fund count reached a new high of 116.
